1. To create a new coupon for your store, navigate to Vendor Dashboard→Coupons. Then click on Add New Coupon.
2. Next, fill in the fields with all the details and then click “Add New Coupon” or “Create Coupon” button

   

    

• Coupon Title: Add the name you want to give your coupon.
• Description: In this field, you can add what the coupon is about.
• Discount Type: This drop-down lets you select between a percentage and a fixed amount for your discount.
• Amount: Add the discount amount (percentage/fixed) here.
• Email Restrictions: Choose to limit the coupon to certain emails if you’d like. If you insert an email only customers with that email address would be able to use the coupon.
• Usage Limit: Add the number here if you want to restrict coupon usage to a certain amount.
• Expire Date: If you would like for the coupon to remain usable only up to a certain time, select the expiry date from here.
• Exclude Sale Items: You can select this checkbox if you want to remove sale items from the applying to the coupon offer.
• Minimum Amount: Select the minimum amount an order should be for a customer to be able to apply the coupon.
• Product: You can select one, multiple, or all of your products.
• Exclude products: You can also exclude the coupon from applying to a particular products or multiple products.
• Show on store: Select this checkbox to display the coupon code on your storefront.

1. To create a new fixed $ amount coupon for your store, navigate to Vendor Dashboard→Coupons. Then click on Add New Coupon.
2. Next, fill in the fields with all the details.
3. For the “Discount Type” select (fixed product discount).
4. Type in the $ amount you wish to give as a discount for that coupon in the “Amount” field.
5. Once you have filled out all of the fields pertaining to your coupon click “Add new coupon“

1. Once you are on the coupon page navigate to the “Exclude Sale Items” field and simply select the the checkbox and sale items will not be discounted any further even if a customer is using a coupon.

   

2. Once you selected the check box “Add new Coupon” or “Update Coupon” depending on if it is a new coupon or if you are editing an existing coupon.

Vendor Dashboard→Coupons. Then click on Add New Coupon or if you have already created the coupon already just click on the coupon you would like to edit.

1. Once you are on the coupon page navigate to the “Email Restrictions” field and simply enter the email address/addresses of the customers you would like to grant access to the coupon. Our system will only allow the users that have an email address that you have selected to use the coupon.

   

2. Once you selected the check box “Add new Coupon” or “Update Coupon” depending on if it is a new coupon or if you are editing an existing coupon.

Yes! In order to do so follow the steps below by navigating to:

Vendor Dashboard→Coupons. Then click on Add New Coupon or if you have already created the coupon already just click on the coupon you would like to edit.

1. Once you are on the coupon page navigate to the “Usage Limit” field and simply enter the how many times you would like to allow each user to use the coupon.
2. Our system will check if that customer has used the coupon before and if they have reached the usage limit that you have set, it will not allow the user to use the coupon again.

   

3. Once you selected the check box “Add new Coupon” or “Update Coupon” depending on if it is a new coupon or if you are editing an existing coupon.

In order to do so follow the steps below by navigating to: 

Vendor Dashboard→Coupons. Then click on Add New Coupon or if you have already created the coupon already just click on the coupon you would like to edit.

1. Once you are on the coupon page navigate to the bottom of the page and you will see a checkbox with “Show on store“.
2. Check the box and the coupon code will be displayed on your storefronts home page.
