How profit-only fees work in copy trading

On CNKTID you pay a fee only on realized profit, set by each trader between 5% and 25%, with losses carried forward. Worked examples inside.

No profit, no fee

There is no subscription charge. Each trader sets a fee from 5% to 25% of the realized profit their strategy made in your account. If a month closes with no profit for that strategy, you owe nothing for it.

Losses carry forward

Earlier losses must be recovered before new profit counts. Example at a 10% fee: lose $100 in October, make $150 in November, and only $50 counts, so the November fee is $5.

Who gets paid

The trader keeps 80% of the fee and CNKTID keeps 20%. That split comes out of the trader's fee; it isn't added on top for you.

When you're billed

Fees are calculated from closed trades in each New York calendar month and billed to your saved card after the month is reconciled with your broker's records. Fees are never taken from your brokerage account.

What isn't included

Broker commissions and taxes are separate and reduce your actual result. These examples are illustrations, not projected returns.
