Reported status

The operator reports approval as a TastyTrade third-party trusted application. The scope, conditions and underlying approval letter have not been independently reviewed. No approval date, clearance number, adviser registration or regulator endorsement is represented on this page.

Business model submitted for review

CNKTID LLC, Wyoming; US customers; contact hello@cnktid.com. Users link their own eligible accounts through production OAuth read/trade permissions. Selected trader signals may fan out into copier accounts with whole-contract sizing. Co-pilot holds opening trades for approval by default; users can elect automatic copying. Fees are strategy-specific, 5–25% of eligible gross realized profit with per-strategy loss carryforward. CNKTID retains 20% of collected fees; card billing is separate from brokerage custody.

Written confirmations requested

  1. Does trusted-app approval expressly permit third-party multi-user copy trading, automatic/discretionary orders and this performance-fee split? Identify contracts and prerequisites.
  2. What adviser registrations, exemptions, client eligibility checks, trading authorizations and disclosures must CNKTID and strategy traders supply?
  3. Which account types, states, options levels, SPX/index options, spread and retirement-account use cases are permitted? No blanket IRA, 401(k) or managed-account eligibility is assumed.
  4. Confirm production read/trade scopes and the registered callback: https://cnktid.com/api/public/tastytrade/callback. Explain revocation, refresh and per-customer authorization requirements.
  5. Confirm multi-leg net-price execution, partial fills, close/cancel behavior, assignment/expiration reconciliation, rate limits and order-feed entitlement.
  6. Provide certified OCO-child/stop-trigger amendment procedures and race-condition handling. Broker-side TP/SL amendment copying is currently disabled; changes are observed only and copier exits remain unchanged.
  7. Specify data licensing, redisplay/derived-results rights, audit retention, incident escalation and any certification/live-beta limits.

Release evidence required

Retain the actual written broker response, permitted business-model scope, account restrictions, signed broker agreements and counsel’s federal/state determination before representing clearance or enabling a paid launch on that basis. Then complete a consented live copier execution/close drill and fee reconciliation. This document requests approval; it does not grant it or change application permissions.
