1. Rate and recipients
Account signup has no subscription charge. Each trader sets a strategy fee from 5% to 25% (default 10%) on eligible gross realized copied-trade profit. CNKTID retains 20% of the collected fee; the trader receives the remaining 80%, with payouts handled manually. This split is not an additional copier fee. Legal eligibility for performance-based compensation requires separate review.
2. Monthly basis and loss carryforward
Statements use reconciled closes in calendar months measured in America/New_York, not opening dates or unrealized gains. Losses carry forward separately for each copier and strategy and must be recovered before that strategy has a positive fee basis again. This is not an account-wide high-water mark: losses in one strategy do not offset fees in another. Gross realized profit is before brokerage commissions and fees; those costs reduce your actual net outcome separately.
For an illustrative constant 10% rate: a $100 carried loss followed by $150 gross realized profit leaves a $50 fee basis and a $5 fee. CNKTID’s share is $1 and the trader’s share is $4. With $100 gross profit and no carried loss, the fee is $10 and $90 remains before broker costs and taxes. These are examples, not projected returns.
3. Rate changes and reconciliation
The strategy displays its rate before subscribing. Changes are notified and apply to trades closing afterward, including already-open trades; the close-time rate is locked. Months containing several rates use the reconciled statement calculation rather than repricing all history at today’s rate. Missing broker-cost verification or incomplete reconciliation prevents a statement from being charge-ready. Attempted and settled amounts are preserved; discrepancies require a separate review and correction.
4. Card and failed payments
A separately authorized saved card may be charged off-session for eligible reconciled monthly fees. CNKTID does not withdraw fees from your brokerage account. A failed live fee immediately blocks new opening copies, with no grace period; protective closes remain allowed. Billing stays accessible without an active broker link. No specific payment date or successful collection is guaranteed. For disputed fees or mistaken charges, contact hello@cnktid.com; statutory rights are not waived.
5. Incentives and conflicts
Traders and CNKTID benefit when fees are collected, which can create incentives to seek more trading or risk. Traders may hold and trade the same instruments in their own accounts; order timing, allocation and execution can differ. Ratings, probation and approval are internal controls, not independent legal certification or a promise of returns. Consider fees, turnover, taxes, market risk and your own suitability before selecting a strategy.
